Privacy Policy

This policy explains how A2 Consultants ("A2", "we", "us"), Unit F, 3rd Floor, Brijtarang Building, Greenlands, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016, India, handles personal data collected through www.a2consultants.in. We handle it in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, as they apply to us.

1. What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
  • Consultation booking: your name, email, phone number, business name, preferred date and time, service category, call method, topic and your consent to be contacted.
  • Account registration and login: a username, email address and password, if you create an account to use our tools.
  • FAQ questions: the question you submit and any contact details you choose to add.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare.

We do not ask for payment card details or government identity numbers through this website. Please do not send them in the contact form.

2. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and to schedule and hold consultations you request.
  • To provide the accounts, tools and downloads you ask for.
  • To keep the website secure, understand which content is useful, and improve it.
  • To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting a form, and on legitimate uses permitted by law, such as security and legal compliance. We do not sell personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, such as our hosting provider, Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Google (analytics) and email delivery services. They may process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where the law or a court or regulator requires it. Some of these providers operate servers outside India, so your data may be processed outside India.

4. Cookies

The site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to make forms work, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site, such as sign-in, may then not work.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, and for as long as law or professional record-keeping rules require. Information shared in a client engagement is also governed by the confidentiality terms of the engagement letter.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. You can also raise a grievance with us. Write to info@a2consultants.in with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

This website is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
