Sudheer advises foreign companies on entering and operating in India: entry structuring, FDI and FEMA, international tax and transfer pricing, permanent establishment risk, Global Capability Centres and profit repatriation. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws. He reviews the guides, insights and FAQs published on this site.

Nagavarapu Bhavya Akshaya

Bhavya Akshaya works on the international finance and advisory side of the practice, supporting foreign clients on the financial, tax and regulatory work that follows an India entry. She is a Chartered Accountancy finalist, a Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA) Intermediate All India Ranker (All India Rank 31), and she has completed the US CMA qualification. That combination of Indian and US management-accounting training helps her work with overseas finance teams in the reporting formats and terms they already use.
Bandaru Himabindu
Partner
As a Partner, Himabindu looks after the people and administrative side of the firm. She handles labour-law compliance, HR processes and payroll, and the day-to-day administration that keeps client engagements and the office running. For clients that employ people in India, this is the work that keeps wages, statutory deductions and employment records in order.
